Week 4

Hello!

This week students worked hard to build their endurance and to set realistic short term and long term goals for the Terry Fox run. We had a great turn out this Friday and from my quick assessment, the majority of our students either met or surpassed their goal!

A big thank you to all the parents that came out to support our students by running, walking or by cheering from the sidelines. All of your support helps encourage our students to become lovers of healthy, active living!

Don't forget, BOKS starts Tuesday. If you're planning on coming I will see you 7:30 AM Tuesday morning in the gym. If you haven't submitted the forms yet that is alright, we will have paper copies on hand ready to go. If you can't make it this week but still want to join, that is fine too. Come when you can, students are always welcome and the more the merrier.
